Charles “Roy” LeRoy Orr, age 68, of Fullerton, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Genoa Community Hospital.
Services will be held on Saturday, May 4, at 10:30 a.m. at the Shelton Memorial Cemetery in Shelton.
Charles “Roy” was born April 7, 1955, in Oshkosh to Clifford and Donna Mae (Beattie) Orr.
He grew up in Gibbon and graduated from Gibbon High School. After the death of his brother, Randall Orr, Charles went to live at Arbor Care Center in Fullerton.
Charles “Roy” is survived by his three children, James, Jennifer, and Jamie; brother, Terry Orr; and sister, Linda Spotanski.
Charles was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Orr; mother, Donna Cervantes; brothers, Kenny and Randall; and a sister, Marsha.
